I turn attractive bowls on the lathe using woods from all over the world, but my favorites are local woods like Desert ironwood and mesquite. Most people think of a box as something rectilinear in shape. It’s not necessarily so. Lidded boxes turned on a lathe are ideal containers for spices and tea. I do not show all of my inventory here.
